For as long as I am able to recall, I have always enjoyed eating and I still do but I need to change my relationship with food because, for one thing, I'm not eating the 'right food'.

So instead of eating the variety of food that the 'experts' say is best,

I tend to be 'rebellious' and eat the things that aren't good for my weight and health such as carb heavy things like white rice and precooked frozen chicken with spices etc which tend to contain high amounts of fat, saturated fat, salt, and sugar.

I love crisps ( or potato chips as they are known in the states)

I tend to have a small bowl of them with my lunch and again those things tend to be full of health-damaging weight gaining things.

I rarely eat fruit but when I do it varies between apples, red grapefruits, bananas, and grapes.   

I rarely eat fish but when I do it tends to be either fresh salmon or frozen and white fish which tends to be frozen.

Over the past 51 years of my life, my eating habits have been unhealthy but at those times I didn't know what I know now about 'good and bad' food and the effect they can have on my health and weight.

One day I'll list some of the things I used to eat.
