Hello Everyone. Wow! 6 years post op! I feel great! I can't tell you what a different life it is on this side of the mountain. AND it is really hard remembering the struggle coming up the other side. But I have vowed to stay the course and it shows! I wear a size 2 or 4 depending on cut and that is without plastic surgery. I have worked hard for the body I have. I work out 5 days a wekk. I run 2 miles, 3 times a week and I dance all night long on Saturdays. I am loving life and loving the way I look. I can't believe that I suffered as long as I did. If there is one piece of advice I can give you it is this:
Weight Loss Surgery IS NOT your answer. It is your tool, your best friend. But as with any friend, it needs to be treated with loving care. Good luck to you all and I am here for you! Happy Anniversary to me! (1st year that everyone forgot!)
