1 year anniversary!!!

Just doesn't seem like it should have been a year already!!!! Had my check up my Dr.s PA said not to lose any more weight....lol Wow, no one has ever told me that in my whole entire life!!!! He told me I have lost 85% of my body weight and that is plenty. My bmi is like 23.7 I think. Just really hard to believe a year ago today I was laying in a hospital bed thinking what have I done to myself?? lol I am sooooo glad I made that decision and have a new life and a new body!!!! I feel so much better, no aches and pains. I even have a second job now and I still have energy to come home and get my house work done.....lol Good luck to anyone that is just beginning their journey and keep up the good work to all the others that have already had their suregery and are continuing their journey.
