Since my Kick in the A** moment when i saw my PCP in May 2017, I had a total of a 32 lbs regain.  As of today, I am currently down 15 lbs.  My new goal is now to stay between 201 and 209.  I am almost there again.  Another few weeks and I should be there. 

I received notification just the other day that I will be a panelist for one of the sessions on Friday October 27.  The session that I will be in is a Question and Answer panel. The time of this panel will be on Friday from 3PM till 3:50PM. I am truly honored and excited to be apart of this special event.  Thank you so much to the staff at Obesity Help for asking me to be part of this.  I cannot wait to see you guys at OH 2017 in Long Beach, CA. 

On May 12, 2017, i celebrated my 2.5 year Surgiversary. I have had some regain which i started to take off again.  Everyday is a new day.  The problem that let me to some of the regain was stress eating from boardom and stress.  I saw my Dr last week Friday and she gave me a 10 lb challenge and see her next month.  I know that i can do this.  As of Monday this week,  i started back on getting on track.  I have 2 shakes along with a meal for dinner.  I have a couple small snacks which is protein.  I know i will get this off.  I have control in this before it got too bad.  Thank you so much for all the support i got from friends and famly. 

I can honestly say that with me being over 2 years out,  I have only gained a total of 15 lbs.  Not bad at all i think especially with having some medical issues to where i cannot workout yet.  I am also looking into some plastics.  I am waiting for an appeal to come thru for a chest revision for Gynacomastia and also a grant so that I can have a 360 Body Lift with Dr. Timothy Katzen.  I should here something by June.  Wish me luck. 

I wanted to say a big Thank You to the OH 2016 conference.  This was my first ever event and had the most awesome time.  Thank you so much for everything.  The panels, swag bag, costume contest (I won 25.00 for best homemade costume), The fashion show.  and of course all the vendors that gave all the samples.  I met so many people which are now friends.  I was so overwelmed when I left on Monday night.  This confence let me out of my confort zone so many time.  Thank you again for everything.  See you in Long Beach next Oct. 27-28. 

As of Sept 12, 2014, I was 10 months post op.  My height weight was 384.3, my surgery weight was 336.6 and I am currently down to 209.9 lbs.  I am down a total of 175 lbs within a 15 month span from my highest weight.  I should hit goal around my one year anniversary if not earlier.  My current goal is 197 lbs.  I am getting so close that i can taste it. 

I wanted to let everyone know that i was approved for my surgery.  The date of the surgery is going to be July 31, 2015.  The surgery is going to be at Camp Lowell Surgery Center @ 1:30 PM.  Very excited to have this surgery approved. 

I called Care 1st this morning to ask a few questions and they advised me that i was approved for a Mastectomy for Gynoclamastia Reduction Surgery.  I am now waiting on a call from the surgeon office for a date for surgery.  The surgery will be located at the Camp Lowell Surgery Center.  The authorization is between 6/26/15 thru 9/26/15. 

I am in the process of getting an authorization for a Mastectomy for Gynacomastia surgery.  The Insurance received the request on 6/26/2015.  They have 14 calendar days if they will either Approve or Deny my procedure.  The next 10 days will be a waiting game.  The surgeon advised that I do have breast tissue and fat in each breast.  Hoping i get a Approval.  Wish me Luck.

Good Morning all,  I had my Six month Post Op with my surgeon on Thursday May 14, 2015 and was a excellent appointment.  All my blood levers were great as well as my weight loss.  The goal from my surgeon was 235 lbs.  I actually got down to 241.  Not bad at all.  I am still getting dizzy and very tired at times.  She would like me to go see a heart specialist and a sleep study just to see if those would be the reasons why i am so tired.  If they are both normal,  then its just the shock of my body losing all this weight quickly.  I will see how i feel and then go to my PCP to see what she thinks but right now i feel great.  Current stats as of today are 238 lbs.  That makes my totals of 145 lbs since the starting of my journey on 6/20/2014 and 98 lbs since surgery.  This is what makes me feel so good.
