Looking for a revision fro RNY

I had my RNY 9.5 years ago went down to 134 pounds and now at 170 I still have constant Diarrhea, Dumping and Anemia and ov=bvious weight gain... any thoughts?? and what do I get revised to? I ahve had the nedd for anti-inflammatories and cannot take them so been sufffering in apin for a long time.. I look forward to thoguhts and suggestions.. thank you!
