I really need to post more often.

So I have gained about 7lbs but my clothes still fit comfortably.   I cant figure it out but I do know I need to do some more exercise...ummm how about any exercise...lol.   My life is changing yet again it should be for the better.   My work schedule is changing so I hope to see my schedule level out a bit. I went on a cruise this year.....it was what I promised my self after I lost weight.  It was awesome...the first couple of days I didnt make the best  food choices but I learned.   My profile pic is where I went on the zip lines in costa rica.....the last time I did this it was in roatan honduras and I had to have an extra harness because I couldnt support my own weight and I got stuck a couple of times.  This time no extra harness and I got stuck one time about 10 feet from the end for shifting my body wrong     It appears Im making progress in my personal life as well instead of the apparent stall ive been in for years with out realizing it.   I cant wait to see what the next year brings into my life.
