I am almost at my goal!

It's been way to long since my last update (months). Well I am down about 85 pounds. I started at a sized 22 and now i am a size 10 or 8. It's hard to believe how i feel now. I still see lots places I need to lose but overall life is so much better on this side of the bench. I can run and play with my kids with out getting out of breath. I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week mostly doing cardio but will now start weights. I am also going to start training for a 5k. Shopping so much better now, but the new problem is i seem to lose weight so quickly now the close all get to big in a matter of weeks. But I really am not going to complain about that.I still have alot of trouble with food, I also know I am not getting enough protein. That is something I am going to try and work on. Red meats are a big no, no for me and now i am having trouble with chicken. Really the only thing that works on my stomach is cheese and crackers and any bread or junk food. thankfully I don't really go near the junk food just a bite every now and then. I really don't keep the stuff in the house. And if I do have it I get so full so quick that it doesn't really matter.
Looking back to myself a year ago I would have never believed that I would be this happy. The surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
