My name is Trish. I recently turned 30 & feel better than I've felt in years. I had VSG on 11/17/09. I have lost 115 pounds. At 4 months post-op, I found out that I was pregnant with baby # 3. This was a complete surprise. We were told by 2 specialists, when trying to conceive for the first time, that conceiving on our own would be impossible (WRONG-O). I have a wonderful husband. We have been married almost 6 years. We have 3 year old twins & a newborn who always keep us looking forward to another day. I have a job that I love. I am an Emergency Room Nurse & have worked @ my current job for 10 years. Weight loss surgery is very near & dear to my heart. My mother had RNY, my sister had Lap-Band, & I had VSG. So, my family is like the trifecta of weight loss surgery ; ) I have so much to be thankful for & try to remind myself of that everyday !!!
