"well on preadmission day 2 days before surgery I was asked for my copay and some of my deductable , I refused to pay and did not pay simply because I was never told by anyone that I had to , and yes I did ask my BTC rep and yes I asked the insurnace reps for Btc I was told That I will be billed, well of course the reception lady did not like that but she had to deal with it because my surgery went on as planned my outofpocket is high but hey theres a payment plan ...... was told outofpocket with copay is 3,500 we will see .......I suposedly have to pay 40 % but I am trying to get the insurance to pay more The hospital part was excellent!!!"
