"I was very impressed with Dr. Syn and his staff. The seminar I attend was very informative. After he answered questions in the group, each of spoke with him inidividually. He is a strict Dr. and I do like that as that tells me he looks out for just YOU.
The office staff is very professional and know their job well and do a great job working for Dr. Syn. You can call and ask questions and if they dont know they will get back with you. I like that as we all like to be taken care of with our concerns.
There is not one thing I did not like about any of his staff nor Dr. Syn.
I think one thing I would like to express is his expertise in this surgery and his professionalism and matter of fact type of person. His bedside manners are great and he is so easy to talk to about any issue that you may have.
His aftercare is greatly structured. The nutrionist going over everything your eating and making sure you are doing everything you are suppose to be doing.
Dr. Syn went over the risks greatly in the seminar and gave us time to absorb it all and the risks involved.
I would rate him at the very top scale in my book. The highest I could possibly rate him.
I feel it is everything altogether, the competence that he displays and tells you just how it is, the bedside manner as he knows and understands what your telling him. He listens to you...has great concern for you as his patient...and that makes you feel good.
To Me Dr. Syn is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is considering this type of surgery."
