Had a rough time had a infection in my small intestine wore me  out ... still tired trying to get throught that...

I updated my new weight while I was on here and the new bmi is 31.2

Well down over 80lbs ...have some pics I need to add had some ups and downs lately ...guess thats about it for now

Well still working on keeping the water and fluid in somedays are harder than others... Weight loss is going great last I weighed, I had lost 65 lbs so far. Slow and steady now....

Ok things are going good.. I did have a set back about dehydration but got that fixed although still seem like a little dry at times.... but overall everything improving... bp down no heartburn now if i could just get enough sleep... midnights will kick your tail....

the weight loss is going great although had really bad cramping today everything seems to hurt.but think i just didnt get enough protein or water in well i will check back in later

well a little scare with a possible bloodclot but turned out to be nothing so much better there.. I can say so far No regrets what so ever and finding sleeping through the night without the heartburn is the most amazing thing ... the support of friends and family help like no other and I got into a pair of my 38 shorts...lol...ok a little tight but they did close much better than not at all ...

Well things are better... water consumpution going great, more than what they said but still the protein things not getting the full 60-65 they are so sweet they are sickening but i keep trying..still have some pain and hiccups of death but walking and losing from my count I have now lossed 20lbs in 5days so doing good there... talk again soon and again thanks everyone

ok not sleeping much a few hours then up sometimes not more than 30 mins wake up drink then try to go back to sleep... alright does anyone else have some of the following issues and how long did the last... I feel very gases feel it moving inside me (no its not the surgery gases) it hurts when it moves and the hiccups have been the worst... I felt better it seemed in the hospital than out today by far has been the worse I feel like just walking in front of my house is too much and yesterday i went almost 4 down and back but felt a little sore....
