ihaven't been on for quite sometime, being back to work is a beast. then we had some family illnesses but everything is good. i've lost 10lbs since my last login on Sept 24th. this brings me to 75lbs since surgery. I'm aiming for 100 b y Christmas, thats my gift to myself, hope i get what  i want this yr lol. good luck to everyone on reaching your goals and keep your heads up it will work out ok, that is if ou try hard.
