My story..........hmmm.......i'm overweight and tired of it. I want to enjoy life to it's fullest and I need to be much healthier/thinner to do so. I know I can do this, but may I have some help please

My life in general is awesome. I have a wonderful husband of 20 years and two terrific kids ages 16 and 4. Yes, big age gap but I love it.
