I am starting the 5 day pouch test today! Wish me luck! I will update periodical during these 5 days and let you know how things are going! I don't know if everyone knows what it is but if you don't I will explain if needed!!! I hope everyone is doing well and please let me know if you guys have any advice that have been through this!
