Losing Inches

Sep 14, 2009

I am now 245 lbs. and i am loving it. I was going through wondering why the scale was moving slow and busting my behind working out   and trying to eat right and stay away from sugars, bread, rice, grease like fried food and fast food.
and the rest of the long list of things that i do not indulge in anymore such as red meat that i most definately can not eat any longer. But as i was trying on clothes it was getting worse far as being able to fit things, I vowed i would not buy any new clothes until I was at least 6 mo. post-op, but this is getting hard to maintain. I am rolling my dress pants at the top and my shirts are draping on me my work blazers are looking like i borrowed them i am actually able to close and wrap them. So i had a blue jean dress that was real sexy that i bought about 6 years ago that i could not wear. Well this past weekend i put this tight fitting dress on that only had 1 sleeve and OMG it was able to slide on like a glove. and YES I must say, I wore it well. So I am saying all of that to say this, though the scale may not be moving you can still be losing by inches and not just small inches but a lot of inches actual clothes sizes.
