Time To Update

Sorry my OH family I have not been posting and checking my messages. I will get better at it.
I have been doing pretty good with my weight loss. I was at a plateau for about 2 months I could not get out the 240 i would bounce from 245 to 248 for month after month for these past 2 monthsbut i finally stepped on the scale the other day because my guy friend looked at me and said are you starting to lose weight again, I said NO!
He said yes baby you are. I had stopped weighing myself because I was kind of getting discouraged had not been on a scale in almost a month but i got on it said 237lb i was so excited I did not know what to do. I go see my Doctor on Nov. 17 as i said in one of my previous blogs it has been 2 months since i have seen him and i will most definately getting a fill under the Xray I'm excited. So I am in Rockford over my friend house enjoying my weekend. I will be back on here every other day. And I want to congrats all the newbies and the ones getting the sugery like my lil sis. and the once waiting for approvals stay prayerful.
