I am now at 138 pounds today...april 15, 2012...I continue to struggle with taking my vitamins....that is the hardest part for me :(

I am at 148 pounds I haven't seen this weight since 1980 !
I am so proud of myself, I am working very hard on staying on top of vitamins I know what I have to do but it is still a struggle for me.
I am 17 months out !

ALMOST 16 MOS LATER....I AM SITTING PRETTY AT 155, AT TIMES I GO UP TO 160, BECAUSE I DONT WATCH MY SUGAR INTAKE AND SALT...
THIS IS AMAZING...
I AM HEALTHLY AGAIN.....WOO HOO !

I am still obese, I am only 4' 11" I hope to get to 148 in 2010....
All I can say 2009 has been a great year for me.....from start to finish

This morning I am 178.5 pounds. I did not think this would happen to me
I do Love my DS !!! I am finally there I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Super Goal is to get to 148 ! I will still be in the overweight category I am only 4 feet 11 inches, but 148 sounds idea to me

Today I am 100 pounds less ! I am officially a Century Club member !
Surgery Weight was 283 and Today I am 183 pounds
Yesterday I bought some jeans size 16...OMG ! I have not had a pair of jeans since the early 80's !!!!

This morning I am at 193 pounds and my BMI says I am just obese ! My BMI was 57 in the super obese right before surgery....I am starting to fall in love with my DS !!!
