Any tips for low blood pressure. Pre op I was the lower side of normal 95-110 systolic. Diastolic usually in the 70's. Lately it has been much lower, yesterday it was as low as 78/44. Feel ok though Maybe salt?? Drink about 100 ounces of fluid a d
