Here I am, 6 months later, and still at that same spot. I know it is because I've not been to the gym since June. And I haven't been careful about what I eat. No one needs to beat me up about it, I've done that enough to myself. Now I'm facing a friend's wedding in a strapless gown in May. If anything will inspire a change, that will! I'll be stopping by the gym today when I'm in town to sign up for a personal trainer to get me going on the road to recovery. Wish me luck!
