I don't think I really have lost anything since I started this 31 week challenge I decided to do. But I am not too upset because I really am rocking the exercise right now. I am doing lots of it and really getting in the habit of working out more than jsut 3 or so days a week. Tonight, I am going to sit down and start writing my training program in my date book for the 1/2 marathon. All I can hope for is that with training for the hald marathon the weight will come off.
As far as restriction, I am at a weird place right now. I am pretty good... definitely not too tight, but loose enough to eat some breads which has been nice. Although it's not a good choice, it is nice to have some. I do need to get some new ideas for protein. I am really sick of the same old protein over and over again. My protein shakes are fine, it's the meat at dinner that I need help with.
Anywho, just wanted to say that I am still here figthing a good fight.
