Almost three years post op

I can't believe how time flys. Last month we took my youngest son to college in Wilmington. It is real quite in the house now. I miss him so much. I stopped smoking dec 1 2008 and I have gained about 19 pounds but I am still a success story in terms of my weight loss. Dr Cooks goal for me was 200 and that is where I am. I am trying to lose it. I still have no hunger (yay). My tool still works as I can not eat much at a time. Trying to keep myself busy. As far as my neck. It still hurts but the surgery was a success as to prevent any further nerve damage. I also had carpel tunnel surgery on my right hand. That has been a bitch. Thanks for coming bymonica
