1 week Post-Op

Well yesterday was my first week after surgery. Im doing great. Only have pain on my port incision area. I did find 2 really big bruises on the top of my belly and on the bottom. The top one is kinds sore. The dr. said its from the surgery. I was just surprised.

I thought after the surgery I would'nt be hungry, but I am. Well I just started feeling hungry. I really had a hard time Monday. I vented to my hubby. I think thats all I needed to do. Then I was alright. But Im counting the days for MUSHY. YAYYYY!!!!!

Hubby is doing just AWESOME. He is really doing a GOOD job with the WL. He has lost 56lbs and that is since March. Im soo PROUD of him. Everybody is telling me that I should of went first with the surgery. They say men lose faster than women. I know that and Im not mad at his wl. He has to lose more than me  and I feel very comfortable with my wl.

Its been cold here, in Louisville and I haven't been able to really walk. The cold weather makes my neck pain worst, so I try to stay really warm. Tomorrow is going to be really nice, so Im going to get me in some outside walking.

I feel soo BLESSED to have the chance to change my life for the better. I feel good about myself and journey I have started to take. Im still at war with my mind about food, but thats just one of my hurdles. GOD has my back and He will keep me focus on the good.
