First day back to work

Well today was my first day back to work and it actually went very well. I was dreading today and almost had an anxiety attack this morning. Well anyway I got on the scale this morning and (drumroll please) 287.9. Yaayyy! Not even three weeks out and I totally lost a total of 20 lbs since surgery. Amazing. I have to start working out. I am sure once I build in the exercise I will lose even more at a faster rate of speed. I can't believe this is all happening it still seems so surreal considering I haven't been 280-anything ever. LOL. I seriously woke up at 331lbs. Well cheers to an amazing new life.!!!
