Update Finally!

Well, it has been a while for me. I am dealing with lots of stress with my mom's health and so forth. I have been trying to maintain and not let the stress eating ( I know not good) get out of hand. I have dropped 66 lbs and the scale is starting to move a little again. It has been a long plateau! I hope that we have mom taken care of and she will stay out of the hospital for a while. Now my brother has to have his gallbladder out next week and I of course am his emergency contact. So if I can get him well maybe I can concentrate more on me!!Trying to swim at least 3 times a week and walk on the off days. Not getting there every day but trying! Keep us all in your prayers and we will pray for all of you my friends.
