Hi everyone my name is Vickie and I live in South Florida. I was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Florida in 1999 to be close to my parents. I work along with my husband we do video production for cable advertising and websites. Now the heavy stuff...my weight something I have dealt with since the age of 15. I have dieted my whole life you name it i did it! I was successful at one point I thought I was. I had done phentermine and had lost 65 pounds. Back then I would have beem 30 pounds to my goal weight. But then all of the stuff with the FDA came up and it was discontinued. since then I have done it all and not lost. I guess you can say I love food.....what am I talking about of course i love food if I didn't I wouldn't be in this mess right now. Weighing in at 293 lbs. my highest weight ever!!! I can't even enjoy going to any theme parks or beaches and I live in the greatest state of them all for it! I remember 2 summers ago we went to Orlando and I went on a ride i really wanted to go on I sat down and well the harness thing just wouldn't buckle i was so mortified when the attendant said you need to find another ride. My husband walked with me and asked if i was ok I said of course i was...but really I was crying inside and didn't let him know how I felt till we left the park. since then I have not been back and I love roller coaters but I don't fit. But now with the Lap Band I will!! I just want to be healthy!! Thanks!!
