I want to send out a big thank you to everyone who took the time to send me a note of encouragement or best wishes via e-mail. I couldn't have made it through with out all the support/encouragement/information from the dear and precious people here at AMOS. Richest Blessings To All!!! Lisa P.S. I am doing great. At 3 weeks post-op I have lost a total of 46 lbs and lowered my BMI by 8 points. Praise God!!!!!!!

Hi Lisa: well your surgery is tomorrow. I thought I would like to say, buy sipper cups and baby spoons, and forks, nonfatdrymilk because it desolves better and you will want toadd protien to your meals.Make sure you follow your surgeons suggestions.
