Last nights pain...

So last night I decided to try some beans and cheese around 7 pm for dinner. Turns out Thelma, my pouch, liked them initially then it took a turn for the worse. I didn't get to sleep until after 2am! I was in so much pain I can't even discribe! I was in tears and let me tell you I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I tried to vomit and no such luck I just had to go through the pain. It got a little better after I had a warm cup of tea but damn I don't even feel like eating ANYTHING today. Well I don't know if that was my first dumping experience or what but I know I never want to feel like that again!
