I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped I would. I lost 31 pounds this year. But with a lot of personal issue smy time was limited so I didn't excercise much.
I also found out I had a hole in my port which was replaced in October. So i never quite reached my "Sweet Spot". I seem to have it now.
I truly hope to lose at least 30 more in 2008. This band is for life so I will concider myself fortunate to have lost instead of gained and restart being now.

Got all my "food" and meds in the house. I can hardly wait for Monday.
I am going to go through this with a positive attitude knowing the The Vickie inside me will be able to break out soon. I am so tired of being FAT. So tired of having no energy to Walk my dogs or play with my Grandchildren.
11/09/06-- Post op appointment. Lost 13 lbs.
