I am now 5 months post op. I finally entered 1derland! I am 199 and a size 14. I get constant comments and many, many people are not recognizing me. It is getting easier to eat now, but still throw up about once a week probably. I am now taking the following nutritional supplements:
B12, B complex, Vitamin C, dry vitamin D, Calcium citrate, Omega 3 oils, Skin Hair and Nails supplement, and iron. I am planning on ordering Juice plus which is intense fruit and vegetables in a capsule, also.
I am feeling a lot better as far as my energy levels and I haven't lost much hair yet and hope I don't. Still have some trouble getting all the protein in I need.
Life is so much better and I pray that I can reach my goal of 135 by one year out. I need to increase my exercise levels. Walking alot more but still not enough.
