Hi Joy, Just wanted to say congradulations on your weight loss. I must say you look GOOD GIRL!!!!. I am hoping to have surgery one day as well. I am still fighting with myself over the descision whether to do it or not to do it. Joy I had the same experience with the protein stuff, but I did find 2 that I like. I like Ultra pure protein in the cans only.. they are smooth, no chalky taste.. I like the chocolate and the capacinno flavors. 35 grams protein,2 sugar. There is also VHT in a can 35 protein , 4 sugar. They are both 11 oz. drink them very cold and give them a shake. Good Luck!

Hello AMOS family! I made it!!! I'm now 5 days out and feeling better every day. I got home from the hospital last night. I just wanted to say a big thank you to my angel Jennifer Green-Blount and to all of you who sent me well wishes and prayers. Thankfully, I'm not in much pain. The only pain I feel is where they removed my drain yesterday. Other than that I'm just sore.
