bad week

i've had a bad week this week with the weight loss.  It is actually the first bad week.  So I'm not trying to get frustrated.  Had some sad news that my first boss in accounting has bladder cancer.  They consider me like a daughter and it hurts a lot to think about it.  I know I've been lucky that they are still here but it hurts just the same.

Some good news is that I'm in single digit undies.  I know TMI.  But hey we talk about everything else.  That is about the only thing good this week.
