"the office is located on the bottom floor and you get vallet parking, not a long wait time to be seen, chairs and office comfortable for all size people. I thought ok, but then : I loved him from the minute he walked into the room. he was so understanding and didn't laugh or make jokes or have an annoyed look on his face like i'd seen from some doctors. he was friendly but professional. speaking of professional, HIS STAFF !!!! the office personnel was always smileing and being friendly, his nurses are very encouraging. i feel so safe and secure with him and his staff. rnSurgical competence is the most important, but bedside manners make a difference too. but with dr. tompkins and his staff you don't need to worry, you get the full package."
