10 weeks post op - So...am down to 260 as of Sunday.  It seems so odd to me that for so many years I fought and struggled and prayed for the scales to change in the 'good' direction....and they never...

7 weeks post op today - had my dr appt last week...first follow up w surgeon.  weight was 278...so down 21 lbs from surgery day.  not too bad.  even better my bmi is under 50 now!  that number makes me HA...

week 3 post op - well, I have found that I am no longer fond of eggs...and found out IMMEDIATELY upon trying them!  wow...that was an interesting experience.  Not sure if I am losing...don't ow...

2.5 weeks out and have NO energy - wow...i'm bushed.  i work from home but often spend my lunch break taking a nap...then nap again after work and still go to bed between 10 and 11 and sleep all night.  please tell ...

back to work - so, I started back to work this week.  maybe a bit soon, but I am lucky to work from home (so no driving) and its pretty much a desk/computer job.  I get up every hour and walk aro...
