My update

Hello All,

It has been a while since I last posted. I am finally out of the 200's!!! I have been hanging on to this last 5 pounds for over a month.  I am now wearing a size large in shirts and with this healthy twins on my chest that is amazing to me!!! My weight loss is very slow, and I am not complaining b/c I didn't want to lose it rapidly.  I will post more later on this evening..
