LOSING SLOWLY BUT LOSING

ok let me start by saying.. im losing but very slowly it makes me a lil depressed so instead of getting depressed i've made a commitment to get on my treadmill everyday for atleast 50minutes i havent been able to get to the gym because i have 2 jobs now so im doing alot of running around with that.. i would really like to see under 200 by feb 15th thats my goal today im 237.. im just going to work on it work on it work on it..
