8 months post op

im 8 months post op and i have been in a stall since march.. i decided today that i needed to reevaluate what i have been eating as well as my exercise.. im 219 some days then im back up to 222 then im back down to 220..please tell me this is not the end for me i thought i would be in wonderland by now
