Maintaining your weight after weight loss

Happy New Year! We made it through a rough year. Holidays are always my toughest time to stay on a straight and narrow path. Sweets and starches used to be my jam! lol, now I think differently about food. Food and I have a different relationship. A healthy relationship. After a major weight loss, the fight is still not over. Losing weight is easy compared to maintaining your weight. I get worried that any cheat day can turn into a cheat week or month. I'm sure that I am not the only one who experiences this, am I right? Let me just say this. You're normal. The weight goes away but not your memory of how food used to make you feel. Stay strong. Its mind over matter. I've learned to trick my brain and you can too. Drink a glass of water before and after you eat....
