Trouble keeping food down

Ok....... is it me or have other people had trouble keeping food down once you move up to the soft food diet? This is not how I intended to lose weight. I eat one ounce of food and I can't seem to keep it down. I have been very careful to follow the surgeon's diet plan very carefully so I wouldn't have any problems and yet here I am still having problems. I knew this was not going to be an over night recovery or an easy thing to go through but this is ridiculous. I was just wondering if anyone else was going through or went through the same thing.
