Lost my Mom (Best Friend)

I haven't been on for awhile as you all know I've been taking care of our nephew. But had to check in and let you all know My Mom passed away Sunday morning . She when into the hospital to have a vein in her leg bi-pasted on May 6th. The surgery went well but they gave her blood thinners and her stomach started to bleeding which created other problems. I am a only child and this has been so hard on me because she was my best friend. My mom was diagnosed with cancer of the bile duct in 1993 and they did the Whipple procedure. The Whipple procedure is something like having a D'S and she struggled to keep any weight on. I thank God that I was able to have her here the last 17yrs but wish it was longer. My mom is one of the main reasons I choose the lap band over all the other surgery because I watched her go from a healthy 160lb to 89lbs and she could flat put the food away.Sorry for the rambling but had to get it off my heavy heart.
