Just rambling

I had a good weekend.  Got home Saturday afternoon from Avon Park. Went with Cordale and Dad to visit my aunt.  Did ok eating.  No.  I done great with eating.  Had an episode with supper on Thursday night.  Went to the Clock Resturant and had an omelet.   not quite a quarter of it and a couple bites of grits and a piece of toast.  Got sick.  Threw up nothing but the omelet.  Now, I know I've thrown up eggs before, but it has been many, many months.  This case of dumping seem to last longer.  I was still swollen and hurting Friday morning.  Thank goodness I'm over it. 
That was the on;y incidient.  I am down to 246.6 this morning.  I am still on the loser bench.
