Feeling Good

Today was a good day.   The weather is beautiful, and I spent the day out with my daughters, Leah (21) and Sarah (16).  We went and saw a matinee showing of "Super 8", which was freakin' awesome, then we went to Partridge Creek Mall.  Partridge Creek is a new, open air mall, just made for walking.  In the past, I had to rest frequently because walking made my back kill me.  Today, I walked all over that mall and my back was fine, and I didn't need to stop to rest and catch my breath.  

So that's what being down 40 lbs from my high weight has done for me, and I'm feeling really good about that!  La la la la la!  

And I'm looking forward to how much better I'll feel as this journey progresses!
