Getting progress towards my goal without a revision surgery

I intend to push myself. This blog is to help not only me but others who want to reach their ideal weight and have a sutmbling block infront of them.

 

My goal:

avoiding sugary drinks.

water, water, water!

salad, less carbs, good yes, bad no!

bringing down my cholesterol!

six meals (small)

and last but not least exersise!
