August 26,2014 update - Hi Everyone... Big Don here! It has been a real struggle to get to my goal weight of 180 and I ain't there yet. Its only because of OH emails do I remember to write something down...

2013 Update -  August 25, 2013....6 years post op! Although I have not achieved my  goal of 180, I am so glad I had the surgery and would recommend it to anyone struggling with losing  weight...
