Long Over Due Post

Like so many, when I first joined OH, I vowed I would update my page often, in hopes that I would encourage others the way I have been encouraged by many of the OH family....well, its the thought that counts. Summer has been busy, and now school has started back, and there are never enough hours in the day it seems.
Forthe good news...I have lost 100 lbs in 5 months!!! Woo Hoo for me!! It is still hardto believe, and really the only time I do is when I step on the scale and see the numbers going down, or when I try to find something in my closet to wear and everything is too big. I have been trying not to purchase much new clothing because I don't get much wear out of it, it gets too big, too fast....but hey, NO COMPLAINTS here! I had a "WOW" moment a few days ago...I can wear my teenage daughter's jeans!! OMG....it is amazing to say the least. I have had severalpeople not recognize me, and then when they do, it is mouth to the floor in amazment. Still, when I look in the mirror, I do not see the changes or the loss, to me I look the same; perhaps I havebodydismorphic syndromeor something...My DH wants to know when will I "stop" losing weight? I still want to lose 50 more lbs.
I have experienced hair loss, but thankfully I had really thick hair to start with. I never, ever get enough protein...I never feel hungry, but am always, always thirsty. I can never get enough to drink, it seems. I am very bad about not taking my vitamins, something I really need to remember to do. But so far, all my checkups and blood work have been good. Skin is saggy all over....upper arms are the worst. I have went from a 44DD to a 36C, most of which is filled by wrinkly boobs. I would like to have some plastics done next summer, I just have to do a lot of research and fine a top notch surgeon.
This has been both an amazing and difficult journey all at the same time. Do I regret it? No. Would I do it again? Yes.
