Had my staples removed today thank goodness....very happy

Well today I went and had my staples removed and \ am so relieved to have them gone as they were driving me nuts from being so dry and itchy.  While I was at the hospital I was weighed and I have lost 11.7 pounds since August 3rd so I was very happy with that and so was Lisa and Rheinette(sp) they said they could notice a big difference especially in my face so that made me smile.  In 5 days I will finally be able to have solid foods thank goodness...lol I will just have to remember to chew chew chew...and no drinking liquids with my meals.

Today while I was at the hospital I met up with Denise and her hubby Craig which was very nice to see them both....made my day...it was a very very hot and humid day in Moncton as well so I was glad to get back home and in my pool...now I will be getting a call from the secretary at the Dr B's office giving me an appointment some time in October for my very first fill which I will be looking forward to having....

Things are going pretty good for me so far...knock on wood ....:)
