went to the docs today

hey all, i went to the docs today and i am doing well.  I am so excited, i have lost 34.5 Lbs since my surgery!!! YYAAYYY!!!!  i was so worried, that i was off track.  Although he did tell me I need to start walking more....so tomorrow my ass is off to the gym.  whelp, ttl guys, have a wonderful week.
