Thanks giving update

Nov 29, 2008

What a wonderful year for Thanks.  Two beautiful granddaughters and an opportunity to parent two more incredible children.,  I really feel blessed and loved.  We had our entire family together this thanksgiving, and what an event.  No fighting, No hurt feelings, No drunken ruddness, and No arrests.... OH wait that was my dream...  ha ha, no all kiddin aside even with all the soap opera drama, I feel it was still a great success. I loved every minute of it.  I have no idea what I weight right now, but I do know that breads and russett potatos don't like me at all again.  I feel great, I am not having any problems, except for lack of sleep and that is not because of surgery, it is because of twins.......

I can not believe how time flies.  I am so sorry for not keeping this updated.  I did go through with the IVF, and we our now proud parents of two beautiful children.  Nicolas and Victoria, born on Sept 1, 2008.  My pregnancy was really uneventful, until the end.  What I was most suprised about, is I could eat absolutely anything.  Now the babies are here, I find that more foods upset me again.  I weighted 165 before getting pregnant, I was 208 when they were born and yesterday I weighed in at 176.  I can't fit into any clothes yet, but I am still eating for 3.  Yeah, that works I am still eating for three.

Wow, how time is flying by.  My weight now is 166lbs.  I really never dreamed of being this weight, I thought 199 was a good goal, and when I hit 175lbs I thought wow I am done, and this is a great weight.  Now 166lbs is here and I am thinking can there be more to loose?  I am truely believing that my husband likes me fat though, we have decided to have another baby.  Crazy?  me?  absolutely, but I am excited and thrilled at the idea.  We have to do invetro.  My tubes were tied 10 years ago, I am almost 40 years old, and My doctor says not as fertile as I was in my 20's.  Life is going great, I still hate the gym and I still don't drink coke or eat white bread.  Other then that I eat alot of junk food, but not fast food.  lots of crackers, low sugar cookies, and chips.  I will try to keep this updated as my life changes.

14 month update

Jul 17, 2007

wow, 14 months.  7/18/07 173 lbs.  Love getting the comments " Your done lossing now right?" or "I don't think you should lose anymore"  I love it.  I am struggling with the gym.  I really hate it.  So I bought a boat, and am laying out in the middle of the lake instead.  I decided my body needed sun.  I really love the new me.  I feel so much more.  I am not depressed, I laugh at my funny family, I care more and I do ohhhhh so much more.  I am greatful everyday for the decision to have this surgery.  I am greatful for Dr. Weber who is truely a master at his profession.  Mostly though, I am greatful for a family who is loving and suportive and always no matter what there for me.

I didn't think I would ever really get here, but boy now that I am it is really a sweet taste.  My life really has changed in the last 9 months.  I have lost aprox 170lbs.  I have been to Vegas, Disney Land and roller skated with my kids.  Now I have to come up with new goals.  Can't wait to see my surgeon in 3 months.
