"Dr. Naaman presents to be a patient and concerned doctor. He listens well and attentively without watching his watch. His office staff are always the same in character when you speak to them on the phone. I was a bit intimidated to go Dr. Naaman's office because I felt the I would be talked about for being so over weight and I did not want to experience that type of thing.
