I am a very proud person.
A single mother of 14 years with 2 wonderful sons. One son in highschool and the other in college.
I beem when I say this because I have raised them alone since I was on maternity leave. Aside from my mother I have no family here in Ontario, so my sons and I are very close.
I've worked hard and am proud of my career accomplishments.
I knew that I could have anything I wanted in life, house, car, vacations, good job, accreditation etc etc if I put my head down and worked hard. Everything tangible has come, because I make things happen ....except for 1 thing............
After beating myself up my ENTIRE life I have finally resolved that I can not do this by myself
admitting THAT was both the hardest and best thing I ever did for myself ....asking for help
I want to feel healthy again, to run , rollerblade, go for a long walk , to dash up a flight of stairs AND be able to speak at the top.
I want to live a long, fulfilling life watching my sons grow into confident men , attend their weddings, to love and support them , to hold their children
I await OHIP approval
I am grateful for the knowledge, direction, love and support from this OH group.
Looking forward to "giving back" as I learn and grow
I WILL leverage this WLS tool and change my life ....BEING HEALTHY WILL HAPPEN FOR ME , I SEE IT !!!
