I was just reading a post from someone else's blog. It was basically about the different reactions a woman can get from a man pre and post surgery. I think its unfortunate, but its definitely human nature that a man will ignore a plus size woman only to throw himself at her feet just as soon as a new shape emerges.

I have been blessed to have had a great deal of success since my VGB. I have gone from a size 18 (tight- cuz I refuse to buy a 20) to an 8. I like to wear fitted clothes, usually juniors M or S and I get a lot of attention. But I have been exhausted with a bunch of unnecessary attention from guys who have nothing but "midnight" intentions. I don't need a "cuddy buddy" I got a nephew and 2 God daughters that will give me all the hugs I want. Its definitely difficult to find someone with good intentions now.

People that I've met since surgery say that they couldn't imagine me being overweight.  I have even met guys who admit that they are not attracted to bigger ladies. I tend to talk about fitness and healthy eating and make no efforts to hide my struggle with obesity. I still represent for the big girls................chubby cheeks 4 life!
